Free assessment — call 0161 111 111

Tell us what you need help with

The shortest route is a short callback request below. The assessment is free, and there’s no obligation to instruct us afterwards.

How contact works

  1. 1. Reception takes your details. A name, a number and a sentence or two about the problem. Reception is there to put you in touch with the right person; it is not legal advice.
  2. 2. The person who will handle the matter calls you back. We acknowledge every enquiry within one working day during business hours.
  3. 3. A considered assessment, free of charge. Once we have the essential papers, we give an initial view — often in writing — ordinarily within about two working days of receiving them. We tell you if a matter needs longer.
  4. 4. The price is agreed before paid work. If you want us to go further, the work and the fee are agreed in writing first. Nothing is charged until you agree.

Request a callback

A name, a number and a sentence or two is enough to start — email is optional for this form, and no document upload is needed.

No retainer is created by an enquiry. Sending a form, email or document does not create a retainer. Talk Legal does not act for you unless and until any necessary checks have been completed, the instruction and fee have been agreed in writing, and you have accepted the written terms.

Have the documents ready, or want the fuller assessment? Use the full enquiry form.

Or email us at win@talklegal.net or call 0161 111 111.

General enquiry form

Every enquiry starts with a free assessment. We discuss what has happened, read the important documents and give you a considered view of the problem and the options. The depth depends on the complexity of the matter, and there is no obligation to instruct us further.

Send copies, not originals, and only what defines the matter. No conflict or identity checks have been carried out yet, so please do not send material you would not send to any other prospective adviser.

Before sending documents

Please send copies, not originals. Start with the documents which define the matter: the claim and defence, the lease and relevant demands, or the ACAS/Employment Tribunal papers. Do not send a large unsorted archive unless requested.

If a deadline is approaching

State the exact date prominently. Contacting Talk Legal does not stop a time limit and does not mean that the instruction has been accepted.

No retainer is created by an enquiry

Sending a form, email or document does not create a retainer. Talk Legal does not act for you until our conflict and identity checks are complete, the instruction and fee are agreed in writing, and you have accepted the written terms.

Do not assume we will protect a deadline, attend a hearing or contact another party unless that task has been expressly accepted in writing.
